The Southern Downs Regional Council was formed on the 15th of March 2008 as an outcome of the Queensland Local Government Reform process. This new governing body encompasses the areas previously occupied by the Warwick and Stanthorpe Shire Councils.

Southern Downs Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for a condition assessment of SDRC’s CED network. The preference is to have a contractor engaged and works begun before the end of the calendar year allowing a window prior to the next FY for immediate rectification works to have time to budget for.
