I am writing to submit an RFI and request clarification regarding the following items for the MNHHS131781 tender:

1. Campbell Place: This site is listed in the returnable pricing schedule, but we have been unable to identify any site systems information within the supplied documents to determine the service requirements.

2. Code Blue Testing:

a. Could you please confirm if the weekly "code blue" testing is to be completed by the service maintenance provider?

b. If so, as the returnable pricing schedule does not include a weekly provision, should this cost be absorbed within the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual pricing?

3. Chermside Kidney Health Site: There appears to be an anomaly in the returnable pricing schedule. It indicates a required three-monthly service price for nurse call, whereas the annual maintenance schedule identifies servicing to be conducted every six months and annually.

4. Service Scope:

a. Following the industry briefing, please confirm that auto doors, auto gates, HVAC, and fire systems (Essential Services & Full Function Fire Test) are handled by others, with the contractor required to be on-site only for failures related to access control, electronic security, or CCTV systems.

b. Should we also assume that Schneider services the Schneider Access Control systems and are not part of this scope of works?
