Opportunities for South Bank's revitalisation will be explored, including enhancing the public realm, renewing key water features, improving community connectivity and delivering integrated commercial development.

South Bank Corporation invites Respondents to participate in this Invitation for Prequalification (IFP) Process. To obtain access to the Invitation for Prequalification document, a Process Deed Poll must be completed, duly executed and returned via this Vendor Panel site.

The template Process Deed Poll that must be executed is available via this Vendor Panel site.

Following South Bank Corporation’s review of the submitted Process Deed Poll, South Bank Corporation will provide access to the Invitation for Prequalification document.
