The HS Contractor Prequal Form is very locked down - it's pretty much un-usable.

Could you please provide a version so we can at least adjust the height of the rows to provide comment.

If you just prefer yes/no answers, please advise.

Thank you for your enquiry.

The HS Contractor Prequal Form is a locked document that is used for most NQBP Tenders. However, the cells highlighted in yellow are editable, using the password "contractor" - all in lower case, as described on the sheet.

Should more space for comments be required, please include a separate attachment with your tender submission, clearly titled, and make reference in the comments field of the HS Contractor Prequal Form. (E.g. see page XX of Appendix YY for further details.)

- Please confirm if you own the linen requiring laundering, or do you currently utilise a linen service. Do you have a preference for the new tender?

- The outdoor areas for separate pricing for Hay Point Admin - does this only include the external bathrooms, the viewing platform and the foyer area exit to Public Viewing Area.

Answer 1: NQBP owns the bed linen used in the Pilot Rooms at Hay Point Administration Building, however, does not have a preferred supplier for this work.


Q2. The outdoor areas for separate pricing for Hay Point Admin - does this only include the external bathrooms, the viewing platform and the foyer area exit to Public Viewing Area.

Answer 2: For clarification on the Pricing Reference Document included in the Tender Forms, please see the details below for the Hay Point Administration Building:

Separable Portion 7 – Exterior Areas, refers to the Exterior Public Viewing Area and Toilets (External).

Separable Portion 6 – Interior Areas, refers to all other tasks as listed in Appendix 2 - Details Cleaning Schedule, including the Foyer Area exit to Public Viewing Area.
