Tender Addendum No1

1.1 Mandatory Site Visit. Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on Tuesday 1 April commencing at 9.30am. Failure to attend may result in a tender being considered invalid.



1.2 Indicative Hydraulics Information. Refer the attacheddrawing of the original water and drainage layout for the amenities building – dated October 1984. This information isnot an as-built drawing and its information has not been verified. It is provided as an indication of the likely arrangement of existing services under the building. Tenderers remain responsible for making their own assessment of the work required to deliver the contract scope. In the event the actual layout differs from the arrangement shown, this difference shall not be grounds for a claim under the contract against latent conditions.
