Question:
The second item of the submission checklist found in VP490795_DES12261-T2_ITO Part C_Final refers to "Attachment 1: Price Response Schedule" however the only "Attachment 1" document found is the "Supplier Response Matrix", with no "Price Response Schedule" attachment provided. Please confirm that the correct "Attachment 1" to be submitted is the "Supplier Response Matrix" and there is no "Price Response Schedule" attachment to be submitted?

Good Afternoon

Thank you for your query.

Confirming that a pricing section is included in the "Supplier Response Matrix" and therefore, all pricing should be included in that documentation. There is no additional "Price Response Schedule".

Question:
In relation to the pricing of hourly and day rates, the schedule requests a Maximum Hourly Rate and a Maximum Daily Rate. Given the breadth of the eight listed regions, the cost of field work in the northern regions would be significantly higher than in South East Queensland, for example, due to increased travel time, distances, staff accommodation, and associated logistics.

Could you please clarify whether suppliers are expected to provide maximum hourly and maximum day rates based on the most logistically challenging scenario (for example, travel to and work in the Torres Strait) in order to cover these additional costs? OR alternatively, are suppliers expected to provide base hourly and day rates only, with travel, accommodation, and other preliminary costs to be assessed and applied on a case-by-case basis as individual work packages are released?
