Question:
In relation to the pricing schedule. If there are two people to be doing the work, do we put down the combined price for two as the hourly rate?

Answered on 04/Jul/2025 07:57 AM:

The schedule states hours to complete the works, this may mean any number of staff, but total hours.

Question:
Hi, can you please confirm the formulas in T2025-008 Pricing Schedule are calculating correctly? In the highlighted cell (H64) the formula is only multiplying C64*G64 and not capturing F64 (days per week) all others seem to be correct, can you please confirm if this is correct?

Answered on 04/Jul/2025 02:56 PM:

Yes you are correct, there is an error, please change the formula in Cell H64 to be 'E64*F64*G64*

Question:
Can council please confirm the below.

Tab SP2 Public Amenities of the Pricing Schedule states on row 105 that this is a “per annum” total however it is only calculating a weekly subtotal in H105. Is this a typo or is the calculation incorrect?

Answered on 04/Jul/2025 03:11 PM:

Yes, you are correct, please change the 'Per Annum' to per 'Week'

Question:
Hi,

Can you please help clarify below:

- Which sites have an extra clean

- Are extra cleaning on PH and long weekends are part of the pricing?

- Do the school holidays cleaning frequency as per the scope have twice daily cleaning as part of the pricing?

- Column "Total Price (ex. GST) - is this weekly pricing?

- Do we only complete the yellow cells in the pricing sheet?

Answered on 14/Jul/2025 11:11 AM:

Clause 2.4 of the Specification refers to supplementary cleans, when additional (supplementary) cleans are requested they will be paid at the rate that is submitted for that facility in the pricing schedule.

The pricing spreadsheet is based on 'weekly' pricing.

Yes you only complete the yellow cells.

Question:
Hello,

Are the amenities open 365 days per year in an unlocked state? If they are required to be locked, what are the times that they need to be locked and unlocked, morning and night?

For each clean, there will be a number of destinations that a cleaner is required to travel to during the day. Given the first and last locations, there will be travel to and from work journeys, the remainder will incur a travel allowance. Is it acceptable to lodge either a km rate and an hourly rate without stipulating the travel hours within the lump sum?

Answered on 14/Jul/2025 01:53 PM:

All toilets are 24 hours of operation - no locking required

We are looking for a lump sum per amenity per week.
