The Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP) Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) seeks to make it easier for suppliers to do business with government and increase engagement opportunities.

TMR is inviting applications for prequalification and seeking Suppliers within these categories:

? Contract Administration (CAS) / Project Management (PM) (Civil);

? Environmental and Cultural Heritage Services; and

? Survey Services.

The invitation documentation includes:

The closing date is 18 September 2025 at 2.00pm (AEST).

Are we expected to:

1. Provide three examples total that collectively cover all Specialist Areas?

Or

2. Provide three examples for each Specialist Area?

Also, if it’s the first option, are we allowed to include more than three examples?

For the project examples, it should be three examples total that collectively cover all Specialist Areas. You should not include any additional examples in your submission.

Good afternoon. If you are applying to join the Environmental and Cultural Heritage list in IBCP you only need to complete the Project Datasheet. No CVs are assessed for this list.
