Given that this Design and Construct Tender covers two different landfill sites could an extension of time be granted for an additional two weeks so that the tender closes on Wednesday 15 March ?

Answer: Council has not made an ACCU claim yet for any of the sites. However, council has recently engaged an auditor and is preparing to make a claim for the Bairnsdale Landfill Site in the following month.

To ensure the accuracy and suitability of our methodology, could you please respond to the following questions -

What is the current flare capacity, and what are the average gas composition and flow data for the past six months?

Please provide base liner as constructed details – dxf or dwg file.

Please provide Top of Cap (TOC) as constructed details – dxf or dwg file

Please provide base liner and Top of Cap construction details.

Please provide the current GCS including perimeter bores as a .dwg / .dxf

Please provide well balancing data from the past 6 months.

Please provide the current well installation logs.

What are the quantities of waste landfill? Please provide a yearly breakdown if possible.

Type of waste – MSW, C&I, C&D

Please provide any available NGERS reporting or gas modeling.

Does the Council have a preference for infrastructure to be trenched into the cap or surface laid?

Can drilling waste be disposed of at BRL free of charge? Will waste from LEL need to be transported to BRL?

Is there a Traffic Management Plan for the site?

Are there more details surrounding the BRL Cap Interface – such as pipe sizing and tie in locations to the GCS?

Does the Council have a copy of the current landfill licenses?

Is the council interested in Horizontal Wells in the active cells?

Answer: “No, Council has previously implemented horizontal gas wells within active landfill cells as part of operational gas management. The current tender scope is limited to gas management works within closed landfill cells only. If a future need arises for additional gas extraction works within active cells, Council will engage with the market separately at that time.”
