Redland City Council requires a principal Contractor for the design, demolition, removal of asbestos containing materials and construction of a new stores facility and associated works at its South Street Depot, South Street, Cleveland.

Please refer to the tender package for the full scope of works.

A site inspection is considered mandatory for this project due to the site remaining a functioning workplace. This will be held at 10.00am on 08 January 2026 at Redland City Council South Street Depot, South Street Cleveland.

Please ensure PPE (long sleeved shirt, hi-vis clothing and steel capped boots) are worn in order to gain access.
