The portal now lists three documents, including Addendum 1 added on 23 October 2026. The attachment downloads are not completing in our browser. Could you provide an alternative official download or accessible copies of the RFQ, contract conditions and Addendum 1? Before preparing a quotation, could you also confirm whether a Western Australia-based supplier may propose manufacture by an overseas fabrication partner with delivery to Port Hedland, whether any Australian-manufacture or local-presence eligibility requirement applies, and the revised required supply/delivery date under Addendum 1? Please identify the mandatory insurance types/limits and any design certification, welding/inspection and hook-lift interface standards that must accompany the quotation. This is a capability/eligibility enquiry only, not a quotation or commitment to supply.

Unfortunately, the Town is unable to provide alternative copies of the RFQ documents outside of the VendorPanel platform. The Town of Port Hedland uses VendorPanel solely for the issue of tenders and quotations and for the receipt of submissions.
