The Town of Port Hedland is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor for the construction of the Childcare Centre Expansion. The project involves the extension and upgrade of the existing facility to increase childcare capacity, improve functionality, and ensure compliance with current regulatory and operational requirements.

Due to the ongoing operation of the childcare centre, the works are required to be delivered in a staged manner. The project will be undertaken in stages to enable the continued operation of the facility as a childcare centre, with the Contractor responsible for appropriately sequencing works, managing site separation, and maintaining safe access for staff, children, and visitors at all times.

The works are to be completed by December 2027, with the contractor required to plan and resource the delivery accordingly to meet this timeframe.
