Could you please confirm whether responses to this RFI will be formally evaluated and scored? If so, are you able to provide any high-level overview of the evaluation approach or criteria that will be used?

Answer 2: as per Part B: General Conditions of RFI (Page 1), "There is no evaluation criteria included in this RFI documentation. There will be no evaluation of the RFI process."
