The Department of Transport and Main Roads - Mackay and Whitsunday District invites suppliers to register their interest in a Two Stage Procurement for TOT26495 - Supply and Install of Intelligent Transport Systems & Electrical Equipment (ITS&E).

Stage 1 - Expression of Interest (this tender)

Submissions received at tender close of Stage 1 will be evaluated based on the non-price evaluation criteria and notified shortlisted suppliers will form a Contractor Registration List (CRL). This will form the Master Agreement which will be under MIC-CO Terms and Conditions.

Stage 2 - Engage shortlisted suppliers via a Request for Quote (RFQ) (or similar) for work packages with site specific scopes. Each work package will have separate commencement and completion dates.

A Pre-Lodgement tender meeting will be held on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 10am. Please register your interest via return email to ET_Procurement@tmr.qld.gov.au by 19 October 2026 at 2.00pm. The meeting will be done via Teams.
