The EOI document (SW354) references several attachments including Attachment 5 – Sunwater Summary Project Schedule (Ref: CWP-SUN-PW-PRG-SC-000001), Project Overview documents, Draft ETI Agreement and associated supporting documentation.

We have been unable to locate these attachments within the ICN package. Could Sunwater please confirm whether these documents are available for download and, if so, provide access or advise their location within the tender portal?

Step by step instructions for accessing the full EOI Pack in a zip folder are provided below:

1. Navigate to the SW354 Barlil and Cooranga - Main Construction Program - EOI Work Package on the Barlil Weir and Cooranga Weir ICN Page. Open the Work Package and select Submit Your EOI.

2. On the 'Get Started' page, complete all questions and click Next Step.

3. On the 'About Your Business' page, click on the download icon to download the full EOI Pack in a zip folder. EOI submissions can be uploaded on the same page once complete.

Sunwater advises that Respondents are required to respond to the requirements of the EOI in full should they wish to be considered further for this package of works.

Responses that are non-conforming may be excluded from further consideration at Sunwater’s absolute discretion.

Should businesses wish to register a General Expression of Interest for the Project outside of the scope of this EOI, they may do so via the General Expression of Interest on the Barlil and Cooranga Weir ICN page. This General EOI will be re-opened once the SW354 - Main Construction Program - EOI has closed.

Sunwater advises that a 1-week EOT to the Expression of Interest (EOI) Close Date has been provided for this procurement activity.

The new EOI close is at 10AM, 7 July 2026. Submissions are required to be made via Industry Capability Network.

The Request For Information period has concluded and remains closed.

Additional EOT requests submitted after this addendum will not be considered.
