Question:
1. It is appreciated if CGRC would confirm the statement around exclusion - ideally to confirm that if a tenderer is successful with this Level 3 bridges inspection project that they are then precluded from future design works associated with the assets.

2. It is appreciated if CGRC would confirm who completed the previous Level 2 bridge inspections.

Good morning,

Thanks for your enquiry. Please see the attached "Level 2 Bridge Report Cootamundra Gundagai Regional Council".

1. The preclusion for future works relates only to rectification of defects identified within the L3 bridge inspection. It doesn’t preclude the consultant from undertaking those works as an extension of this contract if Council wishes to extend the contract. Neither does it deny the Consultant the opportunity to bid for other work in the future.

2. Moloneys and Sons

Question:
Hi,

1. The RFQ states that Council is seeking consultants to undertake Level 3 inspections for 13 bridges; however, the list provided includes 16 bridges. As Council is requesting a lump sum price, should we provide a total price for the inspection of all 16 bridges?

2. As mentioned earlier, drawings for each bridge are not currently available. Will these be provided upon contract award to assist the consultant in undertaking the load and structural assessment?

Thanks

Answered on 14/Apr/2026 10:44 AM:

Good morning,

1. Please price on the basis of those bridges listed in the Schedule and the Revised Schedule which provided LONG and LAT.

2. Any plans that are available will be provided to the successful tenderer.

Kind regards
