On the 12th May 2016 Ashfield, Leichhardt and Marrickville councils were merged into a new council, known as the Inner West Council, by the NSW State Government under their reform program for councils. This is to ensure that the new council continues to have codes, plans, strategies and policies in place to guide its operation.

As the briefing today was mandatory and an additional mandatory site meeting has been organized for Thursday morning, can you please confirm if the Head Contractors that attended today need to reattend on Thursday due to the rescheduled time or if our attendance today qualifies us to submit our tender.

Contractors who attended either of the mandatory site inspections (either Monday 28/9/26 (today) or Thursday 1/10/26) will qualify to submit a tender.

Yes, attendance to at least one of the meetings is required, but you can attend both.

We will be attending the site briefing on 1/10/26.

Yes you can, but the briefing is more for head contractors. We will be holding specific trades visit scheduled for 9am on Wednesday 7 October.
