Question:
Hello,

Data range provided in attachment 3 spans the years 2021 and 2022. Are you able to provide more recent data that accurately represents your current operations, or are you confident the data provided accurately represents QFD's requirements for 2026 onwards?

Thank you

Answered on 26/Feb/2026 08:59 AM:

The historical dataset has been used at the Expression of Interest stage to provide a stable and verified baseline for the purpose of short-listing suppliers. Given the preliminary nature of this stage, the information supplied is sufficient to assess capability and indicative capacity. More current and detailed data will be released during the next phase of the procurement process to enable shortlisted suppliers to prepare comprehensive responses.

Question:
Appendix A – Statement of Requirements - 2.2 Resources / Personnel - Are there any security clearance or compliance requirements for drivers delivering to certain locations?

Appendix A – Statement of Requirements - 2.11 Delivery Issues and Futile Deliveries - In the event of a failed delivery to a residential address, what process should be followed and how many redelivery attempts are expected before returning freight to the warehouse?

Appendix A – Statement of Requirements - 2.4 Distribution Vehicles and Drivers - Are there any site access constraints that require specific vehicle types (e.g. rigid vehicles only, tailgate mandatory, or 4WD access for remote locations)?

Attachment 2 – Transport Rate Response Schedule -Delivery Data - Can you confirm that the 13-week dataset provided is representative of a typical operating period and can be used as a basis for annualised pricing assumptions?

Attachment 2 – Transport Rate Response Schedule - Delivery Data - Can you confirm the expected annual growth or reduction in shipment volumes over the contract term so suppliers can account for capacity planning and pricing stability?

Appendix A – Statement of Requirements - 2.4 Distribution Vehicles - Can you confirm whether any deliveries require manual handling beyond standard courier practices (e.g. inside delivery, unpacking, or equipment positioning)?

Are all the SKU's Barcoded?

Is there a Return Procedure?

What is the process for product destruction?

What is the cut off time for orders?

Timing and frequency of stocktakes

When would a successful 3PL kick off transition?

Can we clarify the stock turns, the rate card date suggests 600 pallets storage turning 12 times a year. Appears high.

How many new SKU's per year are created on average

Is there Batch on Manufacturing date controls required

Are there same day orders? If so, how many on average

Are there any SKU's that go out in kit form
