Custom plates can be included in the Product Catalogue tabs of the product and pricing schedules or alternatively a new tab can be added to both schedules.

Could you please confirm if you are seeking a sterile only submission or if suppliers should submit both, as non-sterile products are slightly cheaper?

Are neuro products in scope? If so, where do they get added - to the overall product catalogue list or to a 6th procedure tab?
