Good afternoon,

We note that the scope includes the supply and installation of shade shelters together with associated hardstand works. Could you please confirm whether the City would accept a submission for the supply and installation of the shade shelters only, excluding the hardstand component, as an alternative proposal?

Council can advise suppliers we will accept two submissions where suppliers have nominated to coordinate and work with one another for the construction of the design (i.e. enter into contracts with two separate entities)

Council will not accept submissions where suppliers have elected to deliver only part of the works without identifying a suitable vendor to deliver the remainder of the works.
