Has software escrow as a risk mitigation tool for UniSQ been considered for holding intellectual property, trade secrets or source code for this solution?



2.
If it has, has it been discarded?



3.
If escrow is required, how will you go about selecting your software escrow agent, given the cost of technology escrow services is typically modest and within the delegated authority of middle management.?
