Question:
1. Please provide an eplan drawing of the building so we can correlate room ID references from the BEMIR

2. Annexure item no. 19 in The Conditions of Contract indicates that we have no design responsibility. Please confirm that all required design form 15's for these works that are necessary for the issuing of BA will be provided by QBuild (Note: as per annexure item 20 we will allow to engage the Building Certifier)

• Due to Site access being restricted due to School Holidays, Closing date of the tender has been extended. There should be able to request access to the school from next week.
