You will need to complete the following documents and submit your offer via VendorPanel before the closing date and time:
? COMPLETED and SUBMITTED Part B SOA Conditions Annexure B – SOA Sope of Services Appendix D – Schedule of Subcontractors (if applicable).
? COMPLETED and SUBMITTED Part C - Response Schedules, ensuring required information has been filled in for all mandatory blue cells.
? COMPLETED and SUBMITTED Part D – Schedule of Prices, ensuring required information has been filled in for all mandatory blue cells for every zone this offer relates to ensuring no cells contain formulas.
THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SIGNED
? COMPLETED, SIGNED and SUBMITTED SOA Offer Form in Part C – Response Schedules.
