looks to be a total of 13 Lots, in what order will the lots be sent to construction? do you have slab pour dates? will these all be started at the same time?

Stage 1

Stage 2

Stage 3

Stage 4



Stages will be released 3 weeks apart to have a flow effect for the suppliers in order for them to keep moving onto each stage.

Hi Team,

Looking at all architectural drawings for townhouses in stage 1a,1b,1c it shows the electrical meter boxes at the rear of the building on the living/dining wall. This meter box location will not meet the requirements of the Service & Electrical Rules so the distributor will not connect the power to the site. All meter boxes must be withing 1.5m of the front most section of the building. Could you please confirm this new location so we can price the project accordingly.

Thanks for letting us know. We have reviewed this with the design team, and it appears there is a conflict in the information shown on the drawings. For pricing purposes, please base your submission on the Electrical Engineering document, C100790_All-Stages_Electrical-Drawings.pdf, which is found in SharePoint link folder - 1.0_C100790_Doc_Constr Drawings 1.1_Services_Engineering C100790_All-Stages_Electrical-Drawings. This drawing indicates that the meter box is to be located at the front of each property. We will aim to amend the architecturals in the future leading up to site start.

Just finalizing this pricing for you, could you please confirm if roof venting is required for these roofs in terms of over fascia vents for NCC 2022?

Please also confirm if this job has BAL requirements?

Please also advise if the blocks of 10 homes under the one roof will be done at the one time so I can look for saving’s for you?

Thank you for your questions.

Roofing venting will be required for these roofs in compliance with NCC 2022

This job has no Bal requirements.

Works will be carried out sequentially, stage by stage. As stage is nearing completion roof cover will start to allow the stage to be completed at once. This will allow for overlap and more efficiency.

Please see attached document. Under reverse cycle airconitioning it says Refer Part 3.1.1 Appendix D – Building Services for performance specification, locations and

quantities of internal units.



I need this Appendix D to complete heating and cooling RFQ. Can you please point me in the right direction for this document? I am unable to find it on the Sharepoint. Thank you.
