Can you confirm if the design for the 120 Harbour Esplande is developed to a state of tender or if this has yet to commence?

If the design is developed, are you anticipating to novate the consultants to the D&C Contractor?

If the design has yet to commence, will there be an open market tender that the Project Manager will coordinate?


With the existing fit-out at 120 Spencer Street, can you confirm if it is within the scope of the Project Manager to manager to relocate existing assets/furniture to the new premises?, and/or deconstruction of the tenancy to return to an open plan layout?


All of the above will assist in understanding the current development of the project and where the project management skillset can be aligned to the CQUs scope of works.

Can you please provide the following clarifications

1) Criteria 3 refers to Standard Agreement Preferences (as per Schedule 5) and Criteria 4 refers to insurances and Proposed Terms (as per Schedule 5.) Can you please advise if Proposed Terms is a different criteria or consolidated with Criteria 3?

2) Can you please confirm the preferred sequence of RFQ schedules as the templates provided captures Price and Schedules 5,6,and 7.

3) Are there any details on design documentation and/or brief / PPR provided to the D&C contractor?

4) Are there any details of preliminary key dates associated with the D&C scope of work?
