No separate FFE schedule is available for the project. Tenderers are to refer to the Systems, Materials and Finish Codes and associated architectural drawings for items requiring tender allowances.

Tenderers are also to nominate and submit a proposed finishes schedule as part of their tender, including proposed finishes for items where the finish is not specifically nominated in the tender documentation.

RFI – Door Hardware Schedule

Could Council please confirm whether a door hardware schedule is available for the project?

We note the electrical drawings include security and access control works, which may impact the required door hardware, locks and associated fittings.

To ensure the proposed hardware is coordinated with the security/access requirements and provided on a like-for-like basis with the existing arrangements, could Council please provide the relevant door hardware schedule for our review and records?

For the Council Chambers and Boardroom areas, Tenderers are to allow for all door hardware required to complete the works, including hardware required for accessibility, fire compliance (where required) and security/access control. Council will subsequently integrate the door hardware into Council’s existing key system.

Allow for compatible electronic door strikes, door releases, card readers, keypads, PIR sensors, PE beams and associated fittings required to integrate with Council’s existing Tecom Challenger system, including installation, testing and commissioning. System setup and configuration is to be undertaken in coordination with designated Council IT staff via Tecom C4/CTPlus software.

No allowance is required for security/access control in the supermarket and café areas. Allow for door hardware compliant with applicable accessibility and fire requirements.

For external signage, tenderers are to allow for two (2) digital/reconfigurable pendant lights beneath the awning facing Bridge Street. Appropriate size is to be proposed, with the display capable of being updated to reflect the final tenants and signage requirements.

No allowance is to be included in the tender price for other Muswellbrook Shire Council, market or café/tenant signage along Bridge st and Brook St.

* A list and details of any required internal door signage.

Allow for standard statutory and accessibility signage required under the relevant standards and legislation. No additional internal door signage is required unless shown in the tender documentation.
