AI204 APAF25003 State Library of Queensland – The Corner – Head Contractor

The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Education acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders from PQC Eligible Tenderers to undertake works for the construction of The Corner at the State Library of Queensland. Broadly, the scope of works for the project incorporates internal fitout works including the installation of new services, walls, flooring and joinery, and external works including the installation of a roof structure and landscaping.

Arts Queensland intends to appoint a Head Contractor in the role of Principal Contractor who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing all the appropriate and required industry/trade specialised sub-contractors to complete the works.

Key Dates and Times:

• Deadline for Tender documents to be requested from the below email address – 12pm, 6/2/25

• Deadline for Registration for Mandatory Industry Briefing and Site Inspection (to the below email address) – 12pm, 7/2/25

• Mandatory Industry Briefing (online via Teams) – 10am, 10/2/25

• Mandatory Site Inspection – 1pm, 18/2/25

• Closing date and time for Tenderers to submit requests for information – 2pm, 24/2/25

• Closing date and time for Tenderers to lodge tenders (via email to APAFTenderBox@arts.qld.gov.au)– 2pm, 26/2/25
