What the buyer is requesting
Details
Bundaberg Regional Council (Council) invites offers from suitably qualified, experienced and licensed Suppliers for the recovery, purchase, collection, transport, reporting and lawful processing of used lead acid batteries, referred to in this Invitation to Offer as ULABs, generated or received at Council’s nominated waste management facilities, depots and other nominated Council sites within the Bundaberg Regional Council local government area.

Council makes no representation or warranty as to the volume, quality, frequency, type, availability or contamination level of ULABs that may be available during the contract term. Historical or estimated collection frequencies are provided as a guide only and must not be relied upon as a guaranteed volume or minimum collection entitlement.
