Part (i)-(vii) Installation of stormwater pipes, pits, manholes, inlets, chamber and headwalls (Council to Supply).

Question;

1. We require to find out will all these components be delivered to site free on ground or is the contract to pick up from council depot therefore load and transport?

2. Does pit 3/1 have a precast lid with grate or is the contractor to pour on site and supply galv. grate?

1. All storm water components will be delivered and stored on site free on ground to the Fairwill Drive Park, accessible from Homestead Rd (please see materials location plan in Addendum 1). The contractor will move and utilise stormwater materials as required from this storage area.

2. Pit 3/1 will be a fully pre-cast unit complete with lid and grate delivered to the Fairwill Drive Park storage area. The pit is to be moved and utilised by the contractor when required.

Unfortunately, due to the strict timelines required to deliver this project, Council are unable to extend the closing date of this Request for Tender.

Hi,

Can we please request an Extension of time to this submission by 10 business days to 24 February 2026?

We intend to provide a submission for this RFT, however are unable to without an EOT as outlined.
