Dear Tender Board, To assist us in finalising our submission and pricing, would it be possible to provide the following information? - Detailed product specifications, colour or size preferences - Estimated annual usage - Confirmation on whether samples are required If samples are required, could you also advise the quantity needed and the expected submission timeframe? We appreciate any guidance you can provide to help us ensure our response meets your requirements.

• TAFE Qld are not issuing detailed product specifications. When you list products into the Pricing Form, please specify the sizes, product name, product specs and minimal order quantity along with your pricing.

• The historic Estimated annual usage of Hairdressing & Barbering Consumables is $170,000.00 across all TAFE Qld Campuses. This costing includes all purchases for the Hairdressing & Barbering Teams listed as Consumables. Although this is a historic costing it is not a guarantee of any future purchases and it is anticipated that consumables will continue to be sourced from a pool of suppliers.

• No samples are required to be submitted.
