Details
The Fort Lytton Digital Experience project will support and enhance the preservation and interpretation of the cultural record of Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) cultural heritage sites across Moreton Bay. Fort Lytton National Park would become a cultural heritage hub and public portal for other WWI and WWII cultural heritage sites within our region.

The project will create an integrated digital experience for visitors to Fort Lytton including a digital welcome wall, touch screen table and site introduction video. Utilising digital technology will allow for more information of the cultural record to be made available in an interactive and engaging experience. The digital experience would present existing and new interpretive material covering Fort Lytton including the Fort Lytton Quarantine Station.

1. RFQ document states submission due by 10am Tuesday 8th, but the response section Vendorpanel has 11am, which is correct?

2. Section 4.1 Touch table states • 1 x Touch table up to 65-inch. Used as controller of projector wall presentation, but there does not seem to be a projector listed in this section.

3. How do you plan to update the schedule of events (see 1.1) without connectivity?

4. What size screens are required for 4.2 doorways and what is the depth of the cupboards?

Regarding Attachment B - Draft Contract: The instructions state that suppliers must complete this document. However, we note that many highlighted sections contain questions for the Customer to answer rather than the Supplier. Given that only one supplier will ultimately enter into contract, could you clarify whether all bidders need to complete Attachment B at this stage, or whether this will only be required from the successful supplier during contract negotiations?

Hi - thank you for the opportunity to respond to this RFQ. This sounds like a great project to be involved with.

The brief document outlines the the supplier needs to provide graphic design, layout, programming, etc. elements of the digital experiences as well as the hardware components. However in the pricing section of the Response Schedule the table only includes pricing for the hardware. Should we add additional rows to include the design and production of the content as well?

1. Scope clarity

“In the concept brief for the Laundry space (entry/welcome node), the following dot points are listed: ‘Provide information about guided and self-guided E-trail tours’, ‘Provide access to visitor information, brochures and maps’, ‘Opportunity to view military uniforms, artefacts and images’, and ‘Offer a place to sit, relax and rest at the beginning or end of their tour’.

Please confirm whether these items are intended to be delivered by the successful supplier under this RFQ, or whether they will be delivered via a separate supplier / separate work package (and are included here for context only).

Hi, the RFQ states the date for submission is today, Monday 8th December - this doesn't align with the Vendor Panel dates.

It also appears that the information in Attachment B, General Contract Details is incomplete.
