The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the Works safely

and compliantly.

The Contractor shall undertake routine and ad hoc land maintenance activities including:

• Routine slashing, mowing and brush-cutting of access tracks and infrastructure (existing built assets and

operational surrounds) areas

• Weed control including herbicide application

• Minor vegetation management (tree & brush trimming/pruning) on access roads and tracks

• Removal of debris and obstructions

• Fireline maintenance including, slashing, vegetation removal and hazardous tree removal.

• Reactive works following weather, growth or other impacting events

• Minor maintenance of fencing and gates where minor defects are observed during works.

• Ad hoc maintenance activities able to be completed with available equipment (e.g. minor gate / padlock

maintenance, minor fencing repairs, signage installation and maintenance).

• Biosecurity controls and vehicle hygiene implementation

• Reporting and compliance documentation

Details
The Project site is located approximately 20 km south-west of the township of Imbil in the Sunshine Coast

hinterland, Queensland, on land owned by or managed by QH in the headwaters of Borumba Dam.

Land owned and managed by QH requires ongoing maintenance to ensure safe access and operability, maintain

visibility and fire lines, reduce hazardous fuel loads, and support compliance with environmental and biosecurity

obligations.

The Project comprises multiple operational and environmental management areas, including but not limited to:

• Project site (Lots 2 & 3LX2754, 10 & 11 SP354768, 16LX1925, 1723L37994, 1RP194600, 20LX2359)

- Lower reservoir (Borgan Road area)

- Upper reservoir (Yielo Road area)

• Garapine (Lot 11RP837925)

• Grasstrees (Lots 764L37551, 14LX1131, 16RP841632, 9LX1191)

• QH Imbil Office / Imbil Medical Centre (6 Imbil Island Rd, Imbil)

Question:
The Evaluation Criteria and Section 3 of the Non-Price Returnables both require completion of the WHS pre-qualification, however I haven't been able to locate where this document has been provided. Could you please send through the pre-qualification questionnaire at your earliest convenience.

Question:
Good morning, due to work conditions some supplies may not be able to attend the site inspection. If a supplier is unable to attend the site inspection, will their response be automatically declined due to not attending? if so, is there any chance that buyer can lift this restriction ? So all suppliers have a chance for this contract

Yes, if you don not register and attend the mandatory site inspection by COB today and you submitted an offer regardless, your tender submission will not be reviewed or considered by QLD Hydro.

If site access conditions or road conditions to Imbil and the various property locations in the surrounding area are considered too hazardous for the site inspection to occur, QLD Hydo will be in contact with all the registered participants to arrange a suitable and safe alternate date.

Due to the number of tender responses we have received and the restricted number of seats available on the site 4x4 bus we will have to limit the site inspection attendance to only 1 company representative.

If you have already confirmed your attendance QLD Hydro will be in contact directly via email.

If you are a new respondent, please only nominate a single company representative in your intention to attend the site inspection message.
