What the buyer is requesting

Details

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Flexi Space

Refurbishment at Tullawong SHS, located at 22-70 Del Rosso Road, Caboolture QLD 4510, as part of the Direct (DIRECT)

program.

The scope of works includes demolition of existing fittings, furnishings and operable wall. Construction of a new outdoor covered

space and internal refurbishment of area to create flexible learning area. The position of the building is at the front of the school

with good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by April 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.

Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
