Regarding the Tender Requirements, we just wanted to double check two items as in the past, the project didn’t require them despite being listed in the Tender Requirements:

- PQC – Will this be a PQC project? Can you please confirm if we meet the requirements to tender on the project or would you like us to reach out to PQC Registrar for the confirmation?

- Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme – Will this be a requirement for the project pending the value?

Will a Revit model be made available?

Is the project documentation/model required to comply with the QH Building Information Requirements (2022). If so, what tier is the project?

Is there a current Design BIM Management Plan or is one required?

Is Aconex set up or intended to be used for documentation control and communication?

Please confirm Wall Vinyl quantity (noted on Finishes plan legend only).

1. With ref to drawing 13541-ES30 (A) , this drawing appears to depict the legend symbol for 4 x Type L5 600 x 300 fixtures ( 2 x ESS & 2 x NON ESS) but they are noted in their Tag as being Type L4. Please confirm Fixture type and quantity in this location (I presume L5's but need to be sure).


2. It is noted that the document "Part 1a Scope Of Works" indicates on page 5, Sect 3.6 that the existing DB-1.2.6 is at capacity and to allow for a (1) new Sub-board.

The second attached drawing 13541-ES40 (A) appears to indicate at the top of this drawing to allow for 2 x Sub - DB's with the following extract information

CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE LINE ITEM PRICING FOR 2x24 POLE WALL

MOUNTED DISTRIBUTION BOARDS (DBs) TO BE SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED

IN SMOKED SEALED CUPBOARD IN THIS LOCATION. ALLOW FOR RAPID

TEST SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED IN EACH DB. ALLOW FOR A 32A 3PH

SUPPLY FROM DB-1.2.6 TO EACH DB (2x SUPPLIES IN TOTAL).

CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE CREDIT TO LOGAN HOSPITAL IN THE EVENT

DBs AND ASSOCIATED SUPPLIES ARE NOT REQUIRED

Please advise quantity of DB's to allow for and if there is any further drawings/schematics/layouts etc for these to enable us to obtain accurate pricing?

On room data sheet for GF.08 Joinery is labeled J09 in the top section J10 in the schedule and J11 in the bottom section going by the sizing on drawing JD08 I am assuming J11 is the correct label could you please confirm.
