Question:
Hi, We are not sure if SRRC is aware that the BoQ has a tab for treatments that shows Benchmark Estimate $$$. Can you please confirm if this info was meant to be shown to tenderers and use as reference? Thank you

Answered on 15/Oct/2026 10:04 AM:

Part E - Pricing schedule included benchmark rates in the Treatments tab.  These rates are used by QRA to create estimates and do not relate to the work to be completed in this tender.  The rates should not be used by Tenderers in preparing their submission. V2 of the Pricing Schedule has been issued to Vendor Panel with these rates deleted.  No other changes have been made.

Question:
We were not able to attend the site inspection at Bromelton Landfill on 20 October. Would Council accept a tender from a contractor who inspects the site with Council staff before the closing date, or before any work there is programmed?

Answered on 22/Oct/2026 03:10 PM:

As weather conditions impacted some Tenderers ability to attend the site briefing, Council will consider submissions from Tenderers who did not attend the site briefing.
