Background information / Compatibility requirements
Details
A conditions assessment report was undertaken on the truck wash at the Warwick Depot. The conditions assessment report confirmed the existing truck wash is not functional and has been completely shut down and isolated. The existing wash down facility operates on a potable water supply only, with wash down waste, and any rainwater run off reporting directly to the storm water drain. This would be considered an environmental non-compliance, as the water could be contaminated with hydrocarbons and suspended solids if the truck wash was used.
Desired Outcomes ('Nice to haves', Conditions & Warranties, SLA's, Project benefits)
Details
To re-instate the truck wash back to an operational state a wastewater take off is required to be installed along with concrete bunding.

Could we please request a teams or zoom MTG with persons familiar with the truck wash requirements i.e how many trucks are washed there, how dirty are they. The hydraulic consultant and provider of equipment has requested to get a better understanding of the project and to discuss what can and cant be done. ?

Would also be good to get the person approving the design/ application in plumbing involved as well.
