Question
:
Good morning
Is Council able to share the CCTV footage they have on these lines?
Many thanks
Answered on 06/Feb/2026 12:38 PM
:
The CCTV inspection footage could not be uploaded to Vendor Panel due to file size limitations. The footage is available via a secure SharePoint link with view-only access. The link has been issued to all tenderers via Addendum No. 1.
Tenderers are advised to refer to the addendum for access details.

Question
:
Just wanting to know if you are wanting all the lines relined from end to end or can we patch the damaged sections
Answered on 11/Feb/2026 11:09 AM
:
The requirement of this tender is the full structural rehabilitation of all nominated pipe sections. Tenderers are to allow for continuous relining from end to end, access point to access point, for each pipe section listed in the scope.
Localised patch repairs alone are not acceptable under this contract, as they do not provide the required long-term structural or service-life outcomes.
