The Town of Port Hedland (ToPH) is seeking an authorised Autodesk resellers for an initial three-year renewal of its existing Autodesk software subscriptions, with the option for two further one-year renewals. The objective is to maintain uninterrupted access to the Town’s current Autodesk products while obtaining transparent, fixed pricing and efficient renewal administration.

Provide an initial three-year renewal of the licences and subscriptions listed above, with the option for two further one-year renewals.

• Confirm the Autodesk product name, edition, licence type and quantity for each item.

• Confirm subscription commencement and expiry dates.

• Confirm the respondent is an authorised Autodesk reseller.

• Confirm the Autodesk subscription benefits and entitlements included.

• Provide fixed pricing for the initial three-year term, invoiced annually.

Identify all reseller, administration or other fees.

• Identify any changes to product names, editions, licence metrics, inclusions, exclusions or Autodesk terms compared with the Town's current arrangement.

• Provide a clear escalation pathway for billing, provisioning and renewal administration issues.

• The Town must be able to add new licences and adjust licence quantities during the agreement term, with any changes aligned to the annual renewal date and charged on a prorated basis.
