Good morning,
Thank you for your questions.
The current tipper dimensions are 3200 long 2000 wide with 370 sideboards and tailgate. Council is looking to get a tipper body near to the same dimensions.
The truck will need to be set up to allow for the transportation of soil and materials with a 1.5 tonne minimum payload as well as the storage of required equipment.
The truck is also required to tow plant trailers loaded with an out-front lawn mowers and other plant. The trailer and plant combined, weigh approx. 1,850kg.
The truck is to be fitted with a tipping body; however, a 650 mm gap is to be left between the cab and the tipping body to allow a storage box to be fitted.
Wheelbase of the truck should accommodate the above.
