2. Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Services does not currently own a Robotic Surgical System

3. The requirement will be a new asset for Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Services

4. Document clarification for the Invitation to Offer:

•Schedule A Response Schedules (including any attachments): Supplier to complete, sign and return with offer

•Schedule B Alternative and/or Innovative Offers: Supplier to complete and return with offer, only if submitting an Alternative offer and/or Innovative offer

•Schedule C Pricing Response: Supplier to complete and return with offer

•Schedule D Technical Questionnaires: Supplier to complete and return with offer

•Schedule E SaaS Questionnaire: Supplier to complete and return with offer

•Schedule F Departures: Supplier to complete and return with offer, only if submitting Departures

Where a supplier is currently appointed to an existing government contract or panel arrangement covering operating theatre equipment and robotic surgical technology, and CHHHS is an eligible customer under that arrangement, would CHHHS consider use of that arrangement as a potential procurement pathway for this requirement, subject to CHHHS procurement and governance requirements?

If so, could you please advise the process by which a supplier may present such an arrangement to CHHHS for consideration?

Offerors must submit responses to the Customers requirements as outlined in the ITO documentation package.

Should an offeror wish to also propose an alternative solution, this must be submitted as an alternative offer – refer to ITO Part C, Schedule B.
