In what extend they need to be cleaned? Is just high pressure wash with water enough?

The works under this RFQ include cleaning, polishing, and treating stainless-steel balustrades, not only pressure washing them.

Along with the proposed rates, Respondents are to specify:

• the product(s) proposed for cleaning and/or coating of the coastal boardwalk; and

• an estimated frequency for each cleaning/coating event (noting that final frequencies may be adjusted by Council based on onsite performance).
