Can you please confirm the "Forward Purchasing Contract" is only to be completed on award.

The Forward Purchasing Agreement supplied in the tender pack is an "Information Only" Document, it has been included for the Bidders reference, to provide access to the Commercial Terms and Conditions of engagement.

The forward Purchasing agreement will be populated by GPC and issued to the successful Bidder for signing after the tenders have been received and evaluated.

For lines where an alternative is product is not accepted, can you provide the brand that is needed? e.g B0460-4548 (LINER BIN 240LT H/D CLEAR 60UM)

An updated Supplier Price list has been uploaded to Vendor panel with the preferred manufacturer detailed for any items that have been identified as "no alternative Accepted". Document 2018493 version 2.

For Items 904703, 20540 and 20541 alternative products will be accepted with the requirement for the Size, Color, and Strength to be as per the specification of the nominated products.

For item 27503 alternative brands will be accepted with the requirement for the cup size and general design to be as per the specification of the nominated product. The pack size may not be greater than 500 per carton.

Good Afternoon,

I see from the tender documents there is a requirement for a local depot/branch where respondents need to list opening times etc. Can GPC clarify if this depot/branch needs to operate as a "shopfront", i.e. be attended during proposed operating hours and also have the ability to process sales and display products etc.?

Where the Bidder does not have a shopfront in the local region that holds the product range outlined in the Contract, the Bidder is to detail in their submission, how they will manage:
