Maranoa Regional Council invites suitably skilled, qualified, and experienced businesses (or individuals) to submit supporting documentation and propose an annual rental payment, to manage and operate the Commercial Kitchen located within The Wheat Shed at Wallumbilla Qld in accordance with the Management Agreement.

The contractor must ensure that in providing any of the Services requested by Council that all the requirements for those services are addressed as described in this specification and the Management Agreement.

The Commercial Kitchen space offered has a floor area of approximately 24m2 and is located off a shared/public space.
