The Mayor and councillors work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and staff to deliver a range of plans and strategies that guide the delivery of major projects across the region, and council’s capital works program. Council remains committed to its vision for the Sunshine Coast: to be Australia’s most sustainable region – healthy, smart, creative.

Council is seeking a qualified and experienced Contractor to upgrade amenities within Caloundra’s Events Centre facility.

The project includes but is not limited to:

• Removal and Disposal of Redundant Infrastructure

• Supply and Installation of Amenities

This is a Lump Sum Contract with activities as set out in the Architectural Specification.

The successful Contractor will be required to provide all materials, plant and labour, and to perform all necessary operations of whatever kind, to ensure the completion of works associated with this Contract.

It is anticipated these works will need to commence in April 2026 and will need to be finalised by October 2026.

An information session will be held on site on 18 February at 2pm. Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend to familiarise themselves with the site and project requirements.
