TMR confirms there is no salary range for the Commercial Director role. Suppliers are required to complete the Fee / Pricing information contained in Attachment 2 of the RFQ, and TMR will evaluate as to whether the Supplier’s price offers value for money to TMR.

Is there role banding or organisational structure that can be shared for this position?

TMR confirms that there is no role banding or organisational structure than can be shared for the Commercial Director. However, as per the RFQ, TMR confirms the Commercial Director will report to the Project Director and present the commercial team on the Project’s Senior Leadership Team.

TMR advises:

- the individual currently engaged as the acting Commercial Director is engaged as a consultant, and

- the individual acting in the current role is eligible to respond to this RFQ, however, has been and will be precluded from the preparation of the RFQ and subsequent evaluation process.

Question:
Dear TMR,

Two queries for clarification:

1. In circumstances where a supplier is offering multiple resources for the role, could you please confirm that the page limit for Criteria 1 and 2 applies to each nominated resource?

2. Should one of our nominated resources be successful through this RFQ, will our organisation be able to bid for future work within the State-side DSC delivery and commercial team?

TMR advises:

1. Where a Supplier is offering multiple resources for the Commercial Director role, no changes to the page limits in the RFQ will be considered by TMR. For clarity, if a Supplier proposed two resources for the Commercial Director role, the page limit for EC1 will be 2 pages, excluding CVs.

2. If successful in this RFQ, the resource's organisation will not be precluded in bidding for any future State-side delivery and commercial teams, however, the resource and organisation must ensure appropriate probity measures are in place.
