CQUniversity Australia (CQU) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified automatic-door service contractors to supply a servicing and maintenance package for automatic doors at all CQU campuses across Australia. Servicing must comply with all requirements of relevant Australian Standards, State and Federal legislative requirements and industry best practices.

The Contractor will be responsible for developing, maintaining, documenting, and reporting on a Preventive Maintenance Service Plan that complies with all relevant legislation and industry best-practice standards. The plan must be implemented with minimal disruption to campus operations, and all works must be performed to a standard that maintains compliance and achieves the agreed Contract Key Performance Indicators.
