Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP) and related works and projects. The role sits within the Commercial and Contracts team (8-9 members) and reports to the Director, Commercial and Contracts and also works with other seniors in the team.

Question:
Other than the travel referenced in the RFQ, are there any other location requirements for where the work will be carried out? Would you consider a suitably qualified remote resource with the ability to travel to site as required?

The role is based in the Brisbane CBD office, with up to two days per week working from home acceptable. Occasional travel to Torbanlea and Ormeau will be required to site visits.

We are preparing our response for CN-27136 – Commercial Advisor (Claims and Risk) and have the following questions for clarification:

Q1

Evaluation Criteria 2 – "Fit for role and within overall QTMP team".

The criterion refers to assessment of "the extent to which the submission and any related interviews and/or reference checks indicate the proposed resource's fit to the QTMP project team.”

To ensure we provide the appropriate supporting information, could TMR please confirm whether:

• No additional information is required within the written submission beyond the information requested elsewhere in the RFQ, with assessment of team fit to be informed through TMR's overall evaluation process, including interviews and/or reference checks where undertaken and if so, whether referee details are required as part of the submission and the number of referees required for each proposed candidate; or

• Respondents are expected to include specific information within the submission describing how the suitability and fit of proposed resources has been assessed prior to nomination.

Q2

The request specifies a two (2) page response maximum to each evaluation criteria; however, it is not clear how this applies where multiple candidates are proposed.

Could you please confirm whether the page limit is to be applied:

• Per proposed candidate (i.e. each candidate may have up to two pages per evaluation criteria);

or

• Per submission overall (i.e. a total of two pages per evaluation criteria, regardless of the number of candidates proposed).
