The VendorPanel summary says the response must be finalised and submitted online via VendorPanel, while the RFQ states that offers must be received by email to the Customer by the closing date. Please clarify.

And if the later is the correct submission format, please provide the email address.

Please note the RFQ incorrectly conflicts with advice in the Vendor Panel summary by stating offers must be received by email to the Customer by the closing date.

Please ensure offers are finalised and submitted through the VendorPanel portal only. Not via email.
