Head to Health Kids Queensland (H2HK-Q) Gold Coast Service supports children under 12 years of age and their families who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. The service is re-locating to new leased premises at 832 Southport Nerang Road, Nerang, QLD 4211

Gold Coast Health (GCH) seeks to engage a Principal Contractor (Contractor) to complete fit out works as outlined in the design and construction documentation for the new leased premises.

The requirements of the Contractor include, but is not limited to, building work services, project management, site supervision, trade supervision, contract administration, contract management, Work Health and Safety (WHS) duties, subcontractor management, procurement, communication, record keeping, and the undertaking of the Works.

Please be advised that GCHHS New Works Panel expired in Nov 2023. Further, the works covered within this SOA was only up to Med Works contract only. The contract applicable for this project is AS2124.

1. The existing system is to be reused. There is an existing emergency lighting test switch in the distribution board, which can be connected to all the new emergency lights.

2. Recommending a 10 kVA system with a 10-minute run time. However, we need a recommendation from QH ICT to determine if more run time is required.

2. Busy Board BBD01 is a Group 2 item, Tenderer is to allow for installation only as documented in AR-DD-05.00-T2.

3. Planters PL001/002 are a Group 3 item as documented in AR-DD-05.00-T2.

4. Tenderer is to allow for supply and installation of all Group 1 items and installation only for Group 2 items as documented in AR-DD-05.00-T2.
