What the buyer is requesting
Details
QIMR Berghofer is seeking proposals for the replacement of three lifts in the Clive Berghofer Cancer Research Centre (CBCRC), they have become end of life, with spare parts becoming increasingly difficult to source. Please Note for any interested parties there will be a site inspection to be held on site at 11am on Thursday 12th June 2025, please meet at reception in the Central Building, 300 Herston Road, Brisbane 4006.

Details
Within scope is the replacement the lift cars, mechanical running gear and any associated electronic and/or operational control systems requiring replacement. Please Note: We are after the most cost effective and sustainable approach and where practical we are open to the retention of landing finishes, door panels, frames and frame finishes or any other equipment that is cost effective and safe to retain.

As additional requirement we are looking for a service contract beyond the Warranty period.
